WRITERS ASSOCIATION LAUNCHED NEW BOOK

The Solomon Creative Writers Association has launched its new book.

Launched last Wednesday, The \”Talemaot: Solomon stories of peace and conflict\” (2nd edition) covers Solomon Islands\’ humorous and tragic past and present.

\”Talemaot: Solomon stories of peace and conflict\” contains short stories, poems and film scripts by well-known and emerging writers.

The second edition is edited by Dr. Anouk Ride and published by the University of South Pacific.

The Ministry of National Unity Reconciliation and Peace and United Nations Development Program are supporting the distribution of copies of Talemaot to secondary schools across the nation.
