The Tobacco Task Force is proposing a workshop for all magistrates and prosecutors throughout the country to understand the processes needed to undertake the Act before its implementation.
Dr. Geoff Kenilorea, Focal Point of the Tobacco Task Force made the announcement.
\”We need to conduct a workshop so that all the stakeholders involved could come to one agreement or they would help us in terms of what processes we would take to the courts and they are talking about bringing in magistrates and prosecutors from the provinces must also come to be part of this workshop, which is our next step.\”
The workshop is planned for this month.
