Taiwan delegation visits here tomorrow

A high-level delegation from the Republic of China (Taiwan\’s) Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) will arrive in the country tomorrow.

The Taiwanese Embassy in Honiara yesterday confirmed, Taiwan\’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Dr. Szu-Chien Hsu is leading the delegation here.

It says, the main purpose of the visit is to discuss the current diplomatic relations between Taiwan and Solomon Islands.

A media conference will be held at 4.30pm following the visit tomorrow.
