In Sports, the Solomon Islands Rugby Union Federation (SIRUF) will stage a national sevens trial tournament in Honiara this weekend.
A statement from the Federation said this is to select a national men\’s and women\’s rugby squad to represent Solomon Islands in the Oceania Sevens tournament.
The tournament will be held in Fiji November this year.
Solomon Islands will compete in both the men\’s and women\’s sevens competition and SIRUF is gearing up to produce the best team.
