A man has been fined $1,400.00 for threatening behaviour and carrying liquor for sale.
Jesmuel Bosokuru pleaded guilty to one count of threatening, abusive and insulting behavior and one count of carrying about liquor for sale.
During the sentencing this week, Principal Magistrate Fatimah Taeburi said the only aggravating factor she finds in the case is that Mr Bosokuru has previous convictions in 2009 and other charges against him which are still pending.
Magistrate Taebiru says this shows he has not learnt any lesson from his previous brushes with the law.
She ordered him to pay the fine by Friday this week or face a two-month imprisonment term.
