The Malaita Development Summit begins today in Auki, Malaita Province.
The summit is an initiative from the Malaita Provincial Government on the province\’s development objectives and on finding the way forward for peace, reconciliation and development in Malaita.
In a talkback show over the weekend, the Premier of Malaita Province Peter Ramohia said the summit will give his government the opportunity to discuss the development of Malaita province with stakeholders.
The Malaita Premier also said it will pave ways for the development aspirations in the province.
The Malaita Development Summit will end this Friday.
