Makira Ulawa Province hopes to announce the winning candidate for its smallest constituency, Ulawa Ugi, as soon as tomorrow.
Counting across the country will begin tomorrow and in Kirakira, the Election Manager Gilbert Tabihau says counting will begin for the smaller constituencies.
