The Central Honiara Magistrates\’ Court will adjourn all its custodial cases until 16 January next year.
The arrangement was made as the Rove Correctional Service is having a break for the Christmas and New Year festivities, living no escorts for inmates from Rove to the Magistrates\’ Court for their cases.
Principle Magistrate Jim Seuika told the Court this week only urgent and fresh matters will be heard in Court.
