KONGULAI TRUSTEES TO SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL

Trustees of the Kongulai Water Source have reaffirmed their commitment to continue seeking legal directions after their 14 days forfeiture notice ends Wednesday this week.

A spokesman for the Kongulai Trustees, Charles Keku confirmed this to SIBC News recently.

\”I think we will have to reconsult our legal person to advise us as to the next step we are going to take.\”

SIBC News understands the notice was issued Thursday last week for the land lease in parcel number 191-064-1 of the Kongulai Water Source to the Commissioner of Lands.
