Rising hip hop artist Jeeno and popular dance group Midwest will perform at the launch of the new youth magazine YOSI next Tuesday at Rove field.
YOSI, a new initiative by youth employment and advocacy program Youth@Work, aims to share inspiring and empowering stories, provide important information and raise awareness of youth issues.
The first Issue features stories on a variety of young Solomon Islanders, including interviews with Jeeno, who recently released a song with 56 Hop Rod, and Midwest, who won back to back dance competitions at the youth market.
It also includes poetry, short stories, reviews, career tips and health advice.
