FIVE NORTH MALAITA COMMUNITIES SUBMIT D.R.R PLANS TO N.D.M.O

Five communities on Malaita, Solomon Islands, have completed their Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and response plans.

The USAID Coastal Community Adaptation Project\’s (C-CAP) monthly update reports the communities have submitted their preliminary reports to the National Disaster Management Office (NDMO) in Honiara.

USAID/C-CAP office in the Solomon Islands is working closely with its government partner NDMO in making sure communities are resilient to climate change impacts and natural disasters.
