The Family Support Centre has completed a three-day Gender Based Violence sensitisation workshop for Temotu and Makira province.
The three-day program was to engage influential people in the communities to help and support women and girls who are victims or survivors of gender-based violence in their provinces, communities, and institutions.
The program included talks at high schools for senior Form students and counselling and legal services for people unable to travel to Honiara to access these services.
