F.S.I.I. SUPPORTS FORMER HIGH COURT JUDGE\’S CALL FOR I.C.A.C

Forum Solomon Islands International (FSII) supports the call of former High Court Judge, Justice Stephen Pallaras to establish an Independent Commission against Corruption (ICAC).

In a statement yesterday FSII Chief Executive Officer Benjamin Afuga says the organization supports the call as it carries the wishes of many ordinary Solomon Islanders.

Mr Afuga says Solomon Islands needs to search and adopt suitable model to address the issue.

He calls on the new government to seriously consider setting up an Independent Commissioner against Corruption.
