The Solomon Islands Meteorological Service has cautioned, parts of the country are to expect associated rain over the weekend.
A Heavy Rain Alert is enforced for Renell and Bellona, Guadalcanal, Temotu, Malaita, Central and Makira provinces.
This follows a trough lies over Solomon Islands which links to a slow-moving Tropical Depression South-Southeast of Rennell Island.
Meanwhile, the Met Service says this also links to another weak Low to the west of Western Province.
Associated cloud and rain are expected within the next 24 to 48 hours.
The Met Service warns communities living close to large rivers, streams and low-lying areas to take extra precaution at all times as such localised Heavy Rain may lead to flash flooding.
