Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee Rick Hou says any budget should address two major objectives, to release financial resources for the normal operations of the government and for longer term investment.

Mr Hou made the statement yesterday when presenting the 2015 Appropriation Bill 2015 Public Accounts Committee Report.
The PAC Chairman adds, he is looking forward to see the people\’s budget address the economic and financial potential of Solomon Islands and fund reforms to bring positive change to the government procurement system.
