ALL HEAVY RAIN WARNINGS CANCELLED FOR SOLOMON ISLANDS

The Solomon Islands Meteorological Service has cancelled all Heavy Rain Warnings issued earlier this week.

The Heavy Rain Warning Cancellation is for most Provinces and Islands.

The MET Office says associated heavy rain, showers and thunderstorms are now slowly easing especially over Temotu Province as the trough now moves east of Solomon Islands.

However, Met Service warns the public to avoid crossing flood rivers and large streams of unknown depth.
