The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock has clarified their recent announcement on approved cocoa and copra projects.
Speaking to SIBC News, Ms Melinda Campbell of the Planning Department under the Ministry of Agriculture clarified that for Makira Ulawa Province, Agriculture officer Mr Selwyn Mapulu has collected two cheques for Diocese of Hanuato\’o and Pakera.
She adds in Choiseul Province, Agriculture Field Officer has collected only nine cheques for small business houses who have applied for their projects.
Ms Campbell made the clarification clear confusions amongst some farmers of the concerned provinces.
