The caretaker Prime Minister has denied reports he is seriously ill.
Various reports had been circulating Honiara and some provinces about the caretaker Prime Minister, and had said Gordon Darcy Lilo had suffered a mild stroke in Gizo while on his campaign trail.
The reports had also stated that Mr Lilo\’s health was in critical condition.
But Mr Lilo told SIBC News yesterday, he is \”perfectly healthy\”.
\”I am perfectly healthy, 120 percent healthier than what people may speculate and let me just say this to those people who are speculating that very unacceptable commentary about my own health, that they may be sick in their mind. I just want them to concentrate to keep their health because am a very healthy man. You do have viral diseases that are going around, you can also have pneumonia and flu and so fort but that doesn\’t affect our health, but let me just tell everybody that my health is very very normal.\”
