Communities and private sectors in Solomon Islands have been urged to recognise people with special needs.
Sir Paul Tovua made the statement during a graduation ceremony at the San Isidro Care Centre this week.
Sir Paul said institutions like San Isidro deserve government support, adding communities and private sectors should recognise people with special needs.
\”An institution such as San Isidro deserve some government support. I also call on our communities and the private sector to recognise people with special needs.\”
SIBC News understands ten students graduated from the San Isidro Care Centre this week, after completing a four-year life skills program.
