Police at Henderson Airport have conducted an operation and arrested a Chinese female National in relation to larceny by servant over the weekend.
Police alleged the suspect was believed to have stolen hard cash from one of the Chinese shop at Point Cruz and was about to board a flight overseas when she was arrested at the Honiara International Airport.
The accused was caught on video footage by the shop owner, who is also a Chinese national whom she worked for as a shop cashier.
It is alleged, the suspect has been sending money overseas which may have amounted to more than 34- Million in her foreign currency.
Police have charged the suspect, and she is on strict bail condition to appear in the Honiara Magistrate Court on 3rd April.
