Directors of the Correctional Services, are currently attending a weeklong conference in Honiara.
CSSI Director of Strategic Planning, Leah Alofua explains the conference\’s intention.
\”This is a senior managers\’ conference where we usually held annually and this year is our tenth conference and we are also celebrating it as our tenth anniversary. The purpose of this conference is to bring together the directors, senior managers, and the provincial commandants to come together and discuss issues impacting the organisation as well as to find a way forward on these issues.\”
The theme of the conference is \”Continuous Improvement, Strengthening and Implementing Positive Changes in Correctional Services, Solomon Islands.\”
The conference ends this Friday.
