The Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet has invited nominations from the public, Civil Societies, Organisations, Communities, Private Business Bodies and Churches to submit their nominees.
A statement from the office today says this applies for those deserving to receive the Solomon Islands Honours and Awards for the upcoming 38th Independence Anniversary on July 7th.
The Honours Awards include Star of Solomon Islands (SSI) 1, Solomon Islands Medal (SIM) (Silver) 5, Solomon Islands Medal (SIM) (Bronze) 4 and Solomon Islands Meritorious Medal (SMM) 4.
All completed submissions must include the nomination\’s CV and a brief outline of the nominee’s contribution and services to the country.
Submissions must reach the office prior to June 17.
