Oral submissions will be presented tomorrow at the High Court for former Auditor General Edward Ronia\’s challenge against his termination.
Hearing into the case took place earlier last month.
Mr Ronia is seeking a judicial review on the decision of the public service commission to terminate him in 2013.
The commission advised him to leave his job because he was over the age of 55.
Justice Leonard Maina presides over the case tomorrow.
