The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock says it is looking forward to implementing the Integrated Pig and Agriculture Training Centre in Malaita province.
Permanent Secretary for the Ministry, Jimmy Saelea made the statement last night at a farewell function for the outgoing Head of Mission at the Taiwan Technical Farm, Douglas Moh in Honiara last night.
The Training Centre was established as part of the Government\’s partnership with the Republic of China Taiwan to develop agriculture in Solomon Islands.
Mr Jimmy Saelea said, his Ministry is looking forward to implementing the Training Centre to develop agriculture in Malaita province.
\”We are looking forward to the implementation of the program, the piggery integrated program, the training centre that\’s a very big program for the province.\”
